Company Less than 5 years old, our client already has an impressive portfolio of office buildings in central London with more planned (and global expansion in the pipeline too). They have made a name for themselves for their inspiring, collaborative office environments though the business is also underpinned by outstanding business savvy to ensure that the great service is able to generate the profits required for re-investment in the company’s growth. It’s an exciting place to be right now whilst also being fun, sociable and challenging. Role You will be speaking to senior decision makers about their search for a new office. As more and more companies consider the convenience and the comfort of serviced offices, you’ll have plenty of warm leads to call each day. Introduce yourself well, qualify their needs, identify the best buildings and packages for them, and present those options to them in a compelling way. Once convinced, they’ll be passed on to one of your Sales Managers to visit the different buildings and conclude the final stages of the buying process. Based in any one of the company’s eight buildings from the City to the West End, you’ll be in the office from 9am - 5.30pm each day. Knowledge : You should have experience of a sales or telesales role for at least 12 months though outstanding candidates without sales experience will also be considered; a good knowledge of London is helpful; a keen understanding of warm customer care (and the difference it makes) is essential; you should know how to work in an office environment. Attitude : Happy, positive and optimistic, you’ll also be resilient and hard-working with the ambition to be the best you can be. Skills : Strong and confident phone manner with good telesales skills, including the ability to ask smart, probing questions; the skill to open up prospective clients to share information; excellent spoken and written English; outstanding personal presentation - dress, manners, politeness. Habits : Happy making outbound phone calls each day; punctual; constantly learning and growing; well-organised; warm, professional and polished in all you do; a worker, not a shirker If you match most of the above, we’d love to hear from you. Package On offer is a salary of £25,000pa plus commission (On Target Earnings in year 1 are £37,000pa).
