Overview

NetPay has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, driven, self-motivated individual to join us as a Relationship Manager towork on managing a portfolio of Strategic Partnerships. You will join the team based in Hedge End, Southampton. You will work on a full time permanent basis and will receive a highly competitive salary of up to £40,000 basic, £80,000 OTE (Uncapped). The Relationship Manager Role: The primary function of the role will be to add value to existing relationships by being a day to day contact. Work proactively with all managed partners to ensure they are achieving their strategic and financial objectives required from the partnership with NetPay. You will work collaboratively with the Business Development Managers within the Strategic Partnerships team who will also introduce new business into the portfolio. The type of person we are looking for will have sales experience but not necessarily in the card payments industry. We are looking for someone that has a desire to be successful and is prepared to make the commitment to a growing business to realise their full personal and financial potential. As a Relationship Manager you will: - Proactively manage a portfolio of partners by adhering to a clear contact strategy which involves regular review meetings face to face or remotely - Add value to the partnership by identifying ways in which NetPay can offer expertise, guidance or support - Identify ways in which the partner can increase sales volumes and revenue from cross sale opportunities and the sharing of best practice - Understand the value of each partnership and implement strategies to safeguard/retain and importantly grow the relationship/revenue - Clearly document all requirements and respond in a timely manner on a “over deliver and not over promise” basis - Ensure all day to day requests are managed to a high standard and clearly communicated with realistic timelines - Work collaboratively with the Business Development Managers to help secure new business by attending sales pitches, supporting proposals where appropriate - Prepare valuable management Information for partners to show sales volume, value, commission and trends - Be proactive on LinkedIn to have a good awareness of the market and spot any opportunities enhance knowledge in the payments market - Identify and promote all product cross sell opportunities to the partner to allow additional revenue growth.
