Sales Negotiator - Stevenage £18,000 plus commission Duties to include: Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors and associated estate agents Maintaining applicant database Negotiating offers Co-ordinating sales to completion Conduct effective accompanied viewings Skills & Experience Previous experience in a target driven Property environment Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets Listing & valuing experience Excellent customer service skills Have a full UK driving licence and own car Cordant Group is an equal opportunities employer
