Head of Assessment and Development to c£50k basic, £80k ote benefits - London This is a very interesting role running a division that focuses on Assessments and complex testings - both internally within a global recruitment agency and externally with their clients, so it's interesting and varied work. Skill sets of interest would also include some coaching and new products around the job evaluation, benchmarking, techniques piece.
