Recruiting for some of the world's biggest organisations they pride themselves on excellent client relationships and repeat business. We are looking for both: Experienced recruitment consultants - from any area of recruitment Trainee recruitment consultants - trainees or graduates with good experience of closing sales for example from a retail background or customer services What you will be doing: In this varied and exciting role you will be working within a small team to identify suitable candidates for permanent and contract roles You will be involved with the whole recruitment process working with both clients and candidates On the client side you will be working closely with existing clients and developing relationships with new ones within this exciting growth area of IT Candidate side, you will be working with IT consultants to find them their next career move and advertising vacancies to find the best talent for the clients roles You will need to have: The motivation and confidence to be part of a successful team that is passionate about providing the very best recruitment service in this high growth area of IT software.
