About the role It will be down to you to embed a culture of `customer first` in your branch. You`ll do that by acting as role model. By living and breathing our purpose and values. Taking responsibility for the financial performance of your branch, you`ll drive sustainable growth, find ways to outpace the competition and deliver on your performance targets month after month. Another key focus for you will be implementing our sales strategy to support the organic growth of our business - we want to put an even greater emphasis on our customers and create one cohesive sales and lettings team. Who we`re looking for An extensive knowledge of the geographic area you`ll be working in is important, and we`ll also want to see solid people and project management experience. Your strong business acumen means you can read and easily communicate P&L information, and you know how to plan and deliver a business development strategy. As well as that, we`ll want to see excellent organisation and planning skills, and a clear, articulate communication style. Everyone who joins us needs to demonstrate good self-awareness, strong team working skills and a collaborative approach. Previous Estate Agency experience would be desirable but not essential.
