Our client have an exciting opportunity for a VP Sales to join their growing team in London. Job Title: VP Sales – Payments Location: London Salary £120-160K per annum bonus, share options Do you have experience driving business growth within a Payments, Fintech or SAAS environment? Are you able to build and shape a truly world class commercial proposition? Are you looking for an opportunity to take on a strategic role for an innovative payments provider? Our client is a leading VC backed European payments business with a strong presence across Continental Europe and North America. The business is at the cutting edge in payment technology and has won several awards for innovation for their online payment platform. The business has a genuine hunger to capitalise on growth and cement itself as an industry leader. They are looking hire a VP Sales that will report into the CCO and grow the UK business. This is a highly strategic sales leadership role that will see you define the commercial strategy for growth. You will be tasked with retaining, training and growing a world class sales team based from the UK. The business has a good existing footprint in the UK but is keen to become a dominant player. VP Sales – Key responsibilities: - Design and implement and a world class commercial strategy for driving growth. - Direct management of the UK business with dotted lines into sales teams in Europe. - Regular reporting to the executive committee This an exciting opportunity for a UK based thought leader to take on a senior commercial role for a highly reputable business and drive growth. You will have demonstrable experience leading and growing high performing teams in the payments /technology space and track record of delivering significant return on investment The successful candidate will be working as a VP Sales in a Fintech, Financial Services, Technology or Payments business. Candidates could also be working as a Sales Director, Commercial Director, Head of Sales, Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Business Development, Business Development Director or equivalent level role.
