Main duties: To be responsible for the management of existing and the development of new accounts in France and Benelux Market The Role: - To develop potential business opportunities from generated leads - To maintain a strong relationship with new and existing clients (cca.100-150 company) - To develop relationship with new clients in order to implement sales growth - To liaise order fulfilment department regarding inquiries - To follow up quotations in the view to gain new business - To ensure excellent customer service - To work on sales targets, individually and as part of French team - To gain a good knowledge of the services and promote them to clients - To communicate effectively with other departments such as Logistics and Order Fulfilment - To attend exhibitions and trade shows, visit clients on French and the Benelux Market once a year The Candidate: - Fluent French to mother tongue standard - Fluent in English (written and spoken) - Fluent in Flemish / Dutch would be a bonus - Degree educated (preferable business, management or marketing) - Telemarketing or B2B sales experience on the Benelux would be a bonus for this role - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Target-driven and sales motivated, eager to learn - Proactive and dynamic attitude - IT literate (MS Office) Open for recent graduate too Excellent career opportunities within a fast growing company Multilingual team, trendy office, friendly and supportive leaders - training will be provided The Salary: £21,000 basic p.a. uncapped commission (OTE £30,000 in 1st year) French Selection UK - The leading recruitment consultancy specialising in the placement of French, German, Spanish, Italian and Russian speaking professionals and executives throughout the United Kingdom.
