Export Customer Service (French, German, Spanish, Swedish) Salary: £20,000 per year Location: Stafford, Staffordshire (UK) Working hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday (3pm finish on Fridays) Are you fluent in German, French, Spanish or Swedish? Looking for a permanent office-based position in the UK? Company: The company supply European manufacturing companies with equipment and spare parts, currently doing business with countries like France, Germany, Poland, Denmark and Sweden to name a few. You will be responsible for helping to provide the best service to our customer with the aim of increasing customer retention and inspiring loyalty. You: Fluent in Swedish, Danish, German, French or Spanish, plus good English Some previous experience in a customer service environment would be amazing, but your personality and motivation are the most important People-person who can easily develop relationships with customers and colleagues over the phone, by email and face-to-face Able to work in a fast-paced environment Basic IT skills (can use Outlook, Word, Excel etc) Ambitious, motivated and always trying to improve Would like to join a friendly, fun team who enjoy going to work on a Monday :) What you will be doing: Provide excellent customer service to B2B customers in the DACH region /Scandinavia / France / Spain, mainly over the phone and by email Always keeping the customer happy - even when handling complaints Keeping the customers up to date, from the day the make their order, up to and beyond their delivery has arrived React to problems professionally and proactively, always being customer-centric without losing sight of what is commercially viable for the company. Keeping the CRM system up to date Help create and maintain a positive, energetic working environment
