Assistant Development Manager Manchester 07802725452 Consultant: Harry Barrett Harry.Barrettblayzegroup.co.uk Blayze Group has been commissioned by a renowned Property Developer to recruit an Assistant Development Manager to join their Manchester office. This is a role for someone who is passionate about development and is looking to grow their career for a leading developer on high profile projects. On a day to day basis you will be reporting to the Senior Development Manager and assisting the wider development team. You will find yourself working closely with the design team and project managers aiding them with site appraisals and conducting viability work on current and future developments. Due to the high-profile nature of the projects this developer is delivering you will be responsible for managing numerous stakeholders along with managing complex land & property related issues and appraising complex sites. Along with working with the design and development team, on a quotidian basis you will be working with the project director in delivering projects against various project master plans. It is imperative that you are passionate about development, willing to learn and have applicable knowledge of development, including; conducting development appraisals, asset/property management, planning and design.
