Overview
A Lease Advisory opening has arisen in a firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Mayfair. The role will be primarily working on the Landlord side, and the firm has been retained by several large Property Companies to do all of their Agency, and professional work. You will work for one client in particular on a on a really interesting mixed portfolio which includes industrial, leisure, retail use across London and the South East. The company is a tight-knit team and they enjoy an excellent working atmosphere, and a strong relationship with their clients. They are currently enjoying a phase of expansion and there are career opportunities within this business to eventually move up to Director level along with an opportunity to take an equity stake in the business. You will be paid a competitive salary as well as a generous bonus of up to 25% of your salary.
