Experienced Graduate Building Surveyor Up to £38,000 bonus of 1/3 of billing over 3x salary Chartered surveying practice NW London Are you an experienced Graduate Building Surveyor with experience in property management, particularly with strong knowledge of Victorian properties and their defects? Company: Established for over 22 years and with a reputation for high quality work and specialist knowledge, this Chartered practice of Building Surveyors, Project Managers and Party Wall Surveyors works across a range of sectors but specialises in Victorian properties, often in the high-end residential sector. They offer a friendly working environment with each Surveyor having their own admin support staff. They are a busy practice that is happy to invest in their staff and provide an opportunity for progression. This Experienced Graduate Building Surveyor role will be based from their in NW London. Person Specification – Experienced Graduate Building Surveyor You will ideally be registered for the APC Minimum of 1 years' post graduate experience Background in property management Defect diagnosis skills, particularly with Victorian properties Roles & Responsibilities – Experienced Graduate Building Surveyor Working under a Chartered Building Surveyor you'll work across an even mix of project and professional work. You will predominantly work across the Victorian residential sector in areas such as Knightsbridge and your workload will include the following: - Specific defect reports Building surveys Schedules of condition Dilapidations Insurance Valuations PPM reports Schedule of works Specifications Pre-purchase surveys Large and small projects £30k - £200k Party Wall matters Salary & Package – Experienced Graduate Building Surveyor Our client is offering a salary of up to £38,000 per annum dependant on experience and background their generous bonus scheme offers 1/3 over 3x salary.
