Assistant Project Manager London £30-£35k This is an immediate opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to join a professional residential & mixed use consultancy providing a range of high quality, added value services to private, public & housing association clients About the client; This consultancy specialises in project management, with projects in affordable housing, regeneration, private for sale, PRS, student accommodation and senior living. Therefore, the project work is varied from new build to refurbishment with the business also able to fully support in helping you to achieve your chartership with RICS or a similar professional body. About the role For Assistant Project Manager; You, as Assistant Project manager will be will be working on specific projects from day one, alongside the partner and fellow team members. The team is compact so you will have tremendous exposure to the projects which will enable you to pick things up quickly and progress quickly. This position would suit someone who has a technical background not only in project management but also in building surveying or cost management. About you, Assisiant Project Manager; You will have a property or construction related degree and ideally be working through your APC or looking to achieve this. You will ideally have experience of the different RIBA stages and should have a good understanding of the entire the project lifecycle. You, Assistant Project manager must be an excellent communicator, so that you can articulate complicated issues to the client and various stakeholders.
