Overview
Federated Hermes, Inc. a leading global investment manager is seeking an Internal Client Relations Associate to support existing initiatives of the institutional client relations team including: Work in partnership with the Client Relationship team to provide telephone and sales support in a specific target market; o apply in-depth knowledge of Federated products and market views o initiate and/or follow-up on sales calls; o identify new sales opportunities; o support the launch of new products; o answer product questions (including performance data); Participate in regional and national sales meetings, due diligence meetings, industry conferences,etc.; Entertain clients and prospects as appropriate; Participate in sales and product seminars / training to fully develop professional skills; This is a unique opportunity to join a small, dynamic team while being part of an industry leader. The requirements of the position include: A levels plus 1-2 years relevant work history required; University 2:1 degree preferred; 2 years of sales, sales support or operations experience in the financial services industry preferred, understanding of securities markets, economic factors and mutual funds (UCITS) gained in a financial services firm preferred, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills required.
