Real Estate Tax Director
Overview
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. The team offers considerable Manager and Senior Manager support; your role will be focused on working closely with the client to ensure timely project delivery and you will be the trusted real estate adviser, able to recognise and navigate bumps in the road both on day to day real estate tax advisory but also on transactions for institutional and entrepreneurial real estate clients. To apply, you must have some pure real estate tax experience gained from a professional services organisation; some experience from in house will also be valuable. Ideally, you will have expertise on structuring real estate transactions, capital allowance advisory, capital gains advisory and stamp duty. You will have worked with all stakeholders; developers, investors and occupiers and have in-depth technical knowledge of all areas of real estate tax.
