TaxScouts was founded by early employees and alumni of Europe’s leading startups (TransferWise, Skype, MarketInvoice), and we’re on a lookout for like-minded people to join us.   Who we're looking for In the role of Marketing and Content Designer you'll be working closely with the marketing, content and brand teams to execute visual materials across our Websites and products, digital and social media, out-of-home and print advertising, guides and infographics, presentations, brand assets and more. Together with the Chief Design Officer, you'll be the core contributor in advancing our design strategy and will be the key voice in defining TaxScouts' visual language. We have a solid start, but there's a lot to do. We’re a small team with a flat structure – so you’re a hands-on get-stuff-done kind of person. This is a highly creative role but also one that’s tied to our growth and performance. To succeed, you’ll need to ensure TaxScouts' communications are memorable, engaging, helpful and tell our story. And most importantly supports our mission of taking the dread out of doing taxes. Designers usually like lists, so here's one Bring a dash of colour to the most sombre industry (after funeral directors) As part of the marketing and brand team tell the story of TaxScouts Create effective designs and graphics to simplify the world of taxes Translate ideas and concepts into impactful and engaging visuals Continuously give and solicit feedback across multiple teams to raise the quality of our design work   What we expect from you Enough real-world experience as a graphic designer to have a convincing portfolio showcasing your design, process and proficiency in delivering compelling marketing, content and brand design work. Ability to balance creative feedback against business needs to make design decisions Experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Photoshop and Illustrator. Expert eye for typography, colour and layout. Organisational skills. You can effectively manage your time and prioritize work. Self motivated, solving problems on the go. Tons of creativity paired with logical thinking and analytical skills Good communicator and a true team player Proficient in English with good writing skills   Bonus points Experience in motion graphics and/or designing printed materials Experience working with HTML/CSS
