Overview
Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Retail Director for a charity's retail business, You will lead the retail team to help deliver funds and brand awareness of the charity. To do this, you will need to be commercially aware, driven, well organised and hands on. You will also have the passion and leadership skills to motivate your support the charity's objectives. Your Role: You will have full P&L accountability over your stores. You will recruit and train a strong team and develop and train competent managers. You will contribute to the work of the wider organisation. You will explore opportunities to maximise the 'retail' channels and raise brand awareness. The Person: The ideal manager will multi-site experience, and have a real passion for customer service. You wwill also have a strong commercial background and an understanding in other areas. ie property, buying, shop fits. You will have full P&L accountability, be a strong KPI manager and know how to lead and motivate a team to reach and exceed their goals. You will know how to inspire your staff and managers in order to develop a strong and effective team. You will be a brand ambassador and always work in a professional manner.
