Head of Data and Analytics
Overview
We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. Define and improve KPIs across areas such as Finance, Operations and People, as well as other key business functions; Work with both internal teams and supply partners to optimise processes as the group scales; Define and lead relevant Data Science projects that can deliver business value and improve processes across the group; Support decision making across the business, providing powerful insights to stakeholders through analytics and accurate reporting; Develop the Data and BI infrastructure, making it both effective and scalable; Recruit and lead a team of Data Scientist, Engineers and Analysts; Extensive experience working in Data Science team within a growing business; Strong knowledge in Data Science tools such as R, Python, SQL and similar Understanding of probability and statistics; Excellent commercial awareness Over 5 years’ experience in data and analytics; At least 3 years managing a team of data scientists and analytics, ideally in a scale up business.
