Data Analysis Director
Overview
We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. At MWG our Technology teams are an integral part of our business. They are ceaseless investigators and opportunity architects always seeking new and innovative ways to help bring creative and positive ideas to life. In this role, you will be required to think big. You will be responsible for collaborating closely with Microsoft’s Cloud Solutions Architecture practice leads, machine learning and AI specialists, systems integrators, engineers, UX designers and MWG stakeholders. You will spend your time exploring innovative ideas, researching technical feasibility, and helping the team arrive at fresh, ground breaking features and functionality for MWG global technology platforms. When necessary, you will help bring to life quick proofs-of-concept to illustrate ideas and confirm feasibility. 8 years of analytics experience 8 years of supervisory experience Create or production agency experience preferred Possess an entrepreneurial mindset Expert use of Microsoft Power BI Marketing analytics, segmentation, quantitative methods, database, and digital experience Experience working with and selling SAAS tech solutions and cognitive intelligence Production experience a plus Management consultancy experience a plus Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and adept at communicating effectively across all levels Highly developed presentation and delivery skills. Ability to tell ‘data stories.’ Must be very comfortable in meeting and conference-call situations Skilled in ‘demystifying’ analytics and communicating benefits Ability to influence and build relationships and partnerships Ability to perform well in fast-changing environments A passion for helping and developing people- making yourself readily available to answer questions and provide support The ability to motivate people to succeed Strong work ethic- highly organized, diligent and attentive to detail
