Overview
Junior PR Executive We are looking for a Junior PR Executive to work at our Head Office near Staples Corner. In 2013 Vitabiotics became the first Company to receive a Queen's Award for Innovation in vitamin research, and now is an exciting time to join us as we extend into a number of new categories. If you've had agency or in-house PR experience, we would love to hear from you. Ideally you will have experience in the consumer healthcare market, but more importantly you will be hard working and ambitious with a positive can-do attitude and proactive approach to the wide and varied role. Key Skills and Abilities: Strong organisational skills A positive and 'can-do' attitude A keen interest in the health and wellbeing industry, and strong knowledge of the media and influencer landscape Willing to go the extra mile in a fast-paced environment and do what it takes to get the job done Ability to work across different brands and projects Creative and quick thinking, with an excellent attention to detail Calm and considered under pressure Fantastic written and verbal communication skills Takes initiative and communicates clearly and efficiently with key stake holders Key Responsibilities Include: Drafting press releases and creative pitches Proactive media relations -handling press enquiries proactively, quickly and with attention to detail Identifying and sharing key industry developments and competitor insights with the wider business and relevant teams Supporting in the concepting and PR campaigns and seasonal PR calendars Monitoring and saving editorial coverage and regularly informing relevant teams of coverage Supporting on creative mailers and mass mail outs Admin support including post, reports, stock management and deliveries Supporting at exhibitions and events
