Overview
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Set and implement portfolio/asset strategies and venture business plans. Maintain global oversight of valuation process in relation to statutory valuations of investment JVs Set and implement high quality reporting to investors, ensuring delivery of all statutory reporting and tax compliance requirements Accountable for delivering investment performance in accordance with business plan Hold operational partners to account in respect of annual operational performance vs budget/under write. Lead investor relations and act as account manager in relation to delivery of business plans Lead annual buy/hold/sell financial and other analysis and secure approval to recommendations from JV partners/Investment Committee The successful candidate will possess 10 years of Real Estate and Investment Management Experience along with 5 years of team leadership with a track record of success scaling businesses. Demonstrated success developing a compelling strategic vision for improving outcomes, Ability to translate the ambitious vision into an effective, testable, execution Significant experience growing revenue through new products/driving efficiencies. Working knowledge/understanding of prevailing legislative environment in countries the company JV vehicles are domiciled in Proven experience building and managing teams. Track record of leading a performance-based culture that motivates employees to drive sustainable results and promotes accountability, engagement and focus Proven record of collaborating with colleagues across geographical, cultural and functional boundaries.
