Project Director - Fantastic Career Opportunity - Birmingham Conrad Consulting are excited to be working with a leading design & construction consultancy who have offices internationally and have a reputable name across various industries. They are dedicated to transforming spaces that improve the quality of life. They are environmentally conscious and have successfully delivered multiple projects that are creatively designed and practical. With a large portfolio of work on the books for 2020 they are looking for a Project Director to join the team. Location of the Role: Birmingham Sector: Affordable Housing within the Midlands region team This opportunity doesn't come up everyday due to its seniority and is definitely worth taking a second look at. Key responsibilities will include: Leading the team: setting objectives, supporting staff, managing performance Viewing the project from a financial standpoint and ensuring project margins are being kept to Building and developing relationships with clients to win more work in the future Taking responsibility for budget, timescales and profit & loss Mentoring more junior members of staff Taking British Regulations and Standard Procedures into consideration at all times Criteria: 10 years' experience managing complex and high value projects Proven track record in managing, leading and motivating teams Bachelor's degree or equivalent Stable employment history with a reputable UK based consultancy Experience managing affordable housing projects Benefits: £85,000 - £95,000 (Negotiable depending on experience) Performance related bonus schemes Employee Recognition scheme Membership fees paid for relevant professional bodies Pension scheme Flexible working Flexible holiday scheme To find out more contact Guy Dugdale on 0203 854 2963.
