The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will join a forward-thinking team of like-minded Surveyors and be enrolled on a person-specific APC support program. This team have successfully got 4 Assistant Building Surveyor's Chartered over the last year and offer additional APC support and CPD exposure to those looking to improve their knowledge. Offering the full compliment of traditional building surveying services throughout the private residential property sector, the successful Assistant Building Surveyor will work alongside some of London's most sought-after real estate whilst carrying out; Pre-acquisition surveys Section 20 major works Contract administration The Company?
