If You Are: MRICS / FRICS / AssocRICS (considered) & have VRS. Able to undertake Mortgage valuations, Home Buyer Reports, Building Surveys (non-BS considered) Have 10 years Qualified experience ideally (less than 10 years considered) Have depth of Industry Knowledge (essential) Be able to work remotely & from home.
