Working within global teams and site visits to customers which will require some travel in Europe, Americas and Asia. What you will be doing? * You work in an Agile environment and participate in all phases of design from concept to deployment. * Provide innovative designs and develop platforms and products from specification through to final manufacture in accordance with the relevant regulatory and company standards. * You will collaborate with engineers and developers from around the globe. We're looking for: * BEng or BSc. Honours degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent qualification. Experience may be taken in lieu for other qualifications. * Experience of platform design and end-to-end system architecture * Embedded firmware architecture & design experience * Experience in a design and development environment * Experience in programming with C++ * Ability to understand hardware block diagrams * Good knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design * Good communication skills, written and verbal, including communication of architecture and design.
