Company: Our client is a major multi-disciplinary construction consultancy working across the Housing, Care, Education, Health and Commercial sectors. They offer a collaborative interdisciplinary culture supported by a first rate technical and project management team. Working across both the public and private sector, their team consists of architects, building surveyors, quantity surveyors, electrical, mechanical and environmental engineers, project managers and health and safety specialists. In order to support their continued growth, they are now recruiting for an Assistant Building Surveyor for their offices in Greater London, SE9. Person Specification: Assistant Building Surveyor RICS recognised degree in Building Surveying or other relevant course 1-2 years practical experience, ideally having commenced APC Proven experience in Housing, Commercial and Education Sectors Enthusiastic and client-facing Roles & Responsibilities: Assistant Building Surveyor Within this role you will work across a range of projects and professional instructions on the Met Police framework. Working across a range of different building types your work with include external repairs, maintenance and all the professional work alongside. You will ideally have 2-3 years post graduate practical experience and you will be able to undertake projects without hand-holding. You will be a confident communicator, able to manage relationships within this important framework.
