Asset Manager - Central London A leading boutique real estate investment firm are seeking a strategic MRICS qualified Asset Manager to join their team. With an expected portfolio value in excess of €600 million across office, residential and co-living space and increased capital from investors across the UK and Europe, this is an exciting time to join the business. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the strategy behind acquisitions and adding value to existing assets, including the management of development and refurbishments. This role will encompass lease consultancy, asset reporting and portfolio optimisation. You will be a hands-on Asset Manager with experience in value-add work across both residential and commercial portfolios.
