Company Headcount: 5 - 10 Requirements of the Chartered Building Surveyor: MRICS Qualified Experience of working on Residential Victorian properties Experience of undertaking defect diagnosis, building surveys, schedules of work, specification writing, schedules of conditions and dilapidations Strong report writing skills Benefits: 23 days annual leave, pension, healthcare, discretionary bonus and professional subscriptions paid.
