Overview

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Management, development and continual improvement of the onboarding process, from day 1 through to ramp up and quota achievement, ensuring true sales readiness. Continual assessment of sales training methodology and adoption throughout all sales functions. Creation of both classroom based and on-line training programs to continually develop all teams within the sales function. Work with all other departments to ensure that Sales teams are educated and consistently kept up-to-date on all areas that impact on the sales process from Security & Compliance, Legal, and Product Teams. Manage, review and develop the the company ‘Sales Fundamentals Certification’ both Level 1 & 2. Be the master/super user of sales enablement platform Showpad, including full administration and continual improvement of each channel. Work with the Product Marketing team to ensure that the sales team are trained and fully up to date (sales ready) on new product features as and when they are released. Be the ‘go-to’ person aligned between both the sales and marketing departments to develop/support goals and objectives for both departments. Helping to identify and roll out tools and solutions that drive sales efficiency and/or revenue growth. Drive adoption and usage the company CRM system – currently Copper Oversee planning and management for roles, responsibilities, coverage and rules of engagement within the sales organisation Advocate for the sales function and sales leadership with executive management 1-2 years sales enablement experience 5 years in a quota achieving sales role Sales training experience Experience of developing on-line training material Experience with CRM systems (Copper a bonus) Experience of using/administering Showpad sales enablement platform advantageous Previous collaborative relationship building across multiple functions and regions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English) Ability to boost productivity, process optimization, planning, workload management and organizational agility. Bachelor’s degree required, Masters or MBA preferred
