Overview
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. We are seeking a Head of Corporate Partnerships to lead the team to support our ambitious long-term growth plans. We are not only aiming to significantly grow income over the next five years, in parallel we are also seeking to develop mutually beneficial strategic partnerships with forward-thinking companies which will enable us together to reach more people, and to lead in the delivery of a good end of life experience. This role is responsible for the development of Marie Curie’s Corporate Partnership strategy; including existing partnership management and notably corporate new business development, as well as long-term, strategic partnerships. The postholder will develop and drive a strategy that delivers growth, significantly increasing corporate income from new partners over the next five years and developing long-term strategic relationships with new and existing partners. The role will maximise opportunities with existing partners, providing exceptional partnership management. Leading a team of 13, the role requires proven, excellent line management and leadership. You will have a proven track record of securing new business partnerships (COTY, CRM, Strategic & Sponsorship) and income growth within a fundraising environment. You will also have extensive experience of prospecting and managing high-value strategic partnerships As this role with require working with colleagues from different functions of the Charity, you will be collaborative by nature and be able to create cross-functional management strategies.
