Head of Governance and Compliance
Overview
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Provide expert advice on policies and procedures for effective compliance. Manage, co-ordinate and administer the board, committee and shareholder meetings efficiently, accurately and on timely basis. Manage and take lead on the Risk and Assurance Framework Promote high standards of corporate governance, ensuring that the Association operates within its constitution and governance codes. Keep up to date with the regulatory changes. Manage all regulatory and compliance obligations Attend all relevant cross-departmental, and Corporate Office meetings as and when required. ICSA qualification is desirable Previous experience in a legal or compliance role Previous experience working in the not for profit sector Excellent organizational skills Able to form strong relationships with people at all levels of seniority
