Overview

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. You will provide oversight to strategic projects across all directorates and ensure that sound processes andsystems are in place for project delivery and reporting. You will also lead on the development and delivery of a clear communications plan for organisational transformation. Extensive experience of managing significant projects or programmes; and use of programme management methodologies Strong motivational leadership, stakeholder and matrix management experience Experience of leading culture change initiatives Strong change management skills strategic thinker who is able to understand and articulate the big picture and see how decisions and choices affect the long-term vision
