To deal with any complex, contentious matters where there are potential implications or risks to the organisation's reputation or service Ensure that excellent service is being delivered to its tenants, leaseholders and customers by providing top performing, innovative income management services with focus on customer engagement Drive tenant, leaseholder and customer involvement in service planning, delivery and review and to ensure that their views and aspirations are properly Lead, manage and support all reporting managers to monitor and improve performance against agreed outcomes, to ensure that they are met consistently and that Income Management strive for excellence is achieved Establish and maintain effective communication with all staff to promote a climate of positive relations through regular consultation and timely resolution of issues Develop and implement strategic plans for the delegated service areas, setting out the overall objectives for the service and ensuring that residents are effectively represented and involved in service planning and are regularly consulted and involved Develop organisational strategies and policies across the service to deliver continuous service improvement and sound business and financial planning Lead and assist with external inspections, special projects, value for money reviews and risk management. To provide professional advice on all income management and related matters to the Executive Director, Executive Leadership Team, Corporate Leadership Team, Board and Council so that key decisions are taken with full knowledge To identify growth areas of work that the Income Management Service can develop Promote genuine equality and diversity in all aspects of governance, staff management and service delivery With your experience you will deal on all aspects of the income management function by developing high performing and highly motivated teams with customer focus and strong ethos of partnership working, creating and implementing the right strategic vision and pro-actively leading on change as necessary to optimise income collection at all times within a changing environment.
