Overview
We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. You will inherit a substantial human capital services firm with a portfolio of HR solutions. Well formed, established and successful, the board is looking for an operational MD to drive the day to day operations. The firm has been trading for many years in Vietnam, they operate on a regional basis, at the same time client relationships are broad and strong on the ground. Recruitment remains a mainstay of the group with neatly developed verticals, with a strong management structure and a well stocked team. Operational processes are very tight with great training and development plans, first class IT and a strong sales culture. Alongside this, sits a suite of more strategic client solutions that are sold and delivered separately, building longevity into the companies order books. Your remit will be to present these offerings on a broad scale to client, rain-make and bring in work for the team and take a holding hand in key accounts. More importantly you will drive day to day operations, internal recruitment, training, development, succession planning and operational systems. Strong experience in man management within the recruitment industry is a must. You will have international experience and be adept at building, developing and driving inexperienced sales teams. You will be highly credible, a strong leader and figurehead with the ability and appetite to really scale an ambitious group.
