Overview

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Build, manage and grow a team of Technical/Program Managers. Identify and use technical acumen to solve cross-functional and inter-team challenges. Create, develop and support standards and processes required to produce the deliverables from the team and to work effectively with other teams. Build positive, trusting relationships through consistent, on-time delivery of commitments and effective communication Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached. Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity. Building or creating a function from scratch. Excellent communicator, written and verbal. Experienced in planning and leading strategic initiatives. Proven experience organising and directing multiple teams and departments
