Overview
New Homes Sales Manager Our client has an exciting opportunity as a Sales Manager, specialising in Land and New Homes and an ideal role for furthering your career. You will focus on delivering group revenue by conveying the group Land & New Homes Service offer to the local development client base, ensuring the service provided exceeds expectations at all times. You will be working as part of the Regional Management Team for a National Estate Agent, providing quality management and maximising sales. In addition, you will be accountable for managing unit sales from reservation to completion and ensuring all client deadlines are met. This role will enjoy focusing on the following key responsibilities: - Business Generation - Maximising Potential of Existing Business - Service existing clients and create a good working relationship - Team Development - Financial Control & Administration Systems - Communication and Support - Cross Selling Opportunities - Keeping up-to-date with current market trends, local knowledge and competitor activity WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: £24,000 basic salary Benefits package from your first day On Target Earnings of £35,000 - £40,000.
