Real Estate Solicitor, 1 year PQE, Bristol – Award winning real estate team are keen to hear from talented Real Estate Solicitors. If you are looking to work for an exceptional firm in the heart of Bristol, this could be the role for you. JOB TITLE: Real Estate Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 1 year PQE LOCATION: Bristol SALARY: £50,000 - £70,000 OVERVIEW OF ROLE: You will join a multi-disciplinary real estate team who provide a full range of transactional and advisory services in both residential and commercial property. You will be responsible for your own caseload of real estate matters and will participate in the team's efforts to win new work and support a wide range of clients across a variety of sectors on matters relating to UK property. REQUIREMENTS: You will have an exceptional academic record and will have gained experience in a similar role at another leading city, national and regional practice. You will demonstrate an aptitude for providing technically accurate and client focused legal advice to an impressive client base. Ideally, in your previous role, you will have undertaken business development and will be motivated to contribute to the wider success of the team and firm as a whole.
