Job Description
UBT provide business services including corporate training, consulting, accounting, and group buying services to approximately 1200 independent companies (known as community businesses) across the UK. The unifying feature of all UBTs clients is that the owners are parishioners of the Plymouth Brethren Christian Church (PBCC). In April 2018 we launched an in-house recruitment consultancy to deliver an end-to-end recruitment service to all these community businesses that require our support. This has been a resounding success and we have grown to a team of six and provide a high-touch, values-based permanent recruitment service to our UK-wide customer base across a diverse range of industry sectors. We are now seeking to extend this service to businesses outside of the community and would welcome the opportunity to speak to self-starting, experienced and professional recruitment consultants keen to further their careers in a friendly and grown-up environment where progression opportunities are limitless. Whether you specialise in an industry vertical or be a subject matter expert in a given role discipline we would love to talk to you if you have a proven track record of successful consultative selling. You will receive full administrative support with ad copy, advertising (to all channels), candidate profiling and also interview scheduling so your time is free to focus on 360 consulting. Requirements * Delivery of full end to end recruitment service * Winning and developing own portfolio of customers * Stakeholder engagement and management * Candidate sourcing, attraction, engagement and management * Provide first class, outstanding customer service The Individual * Proven Biller * Strong Ethics * Driven, tenacious and resilient * Thrives in an autonomous environment with minimal supervision.
