We are hiring a CRM Manager to enhance our communication to existing patients, prospective patients or men who just want to learn a little more about how to do something about their health. This role will suit someone with experience running CRM campaigns from a high level, but isnt afraid to get their hands dirty with analytics and data integrations as well be building the platform from the ground up to your designs. What you will be doing: Strategic: Defining the metrics that we optimise against, and then delivering those metrics as OKRs. Liaise with the wider marketing and customer services teams to establish seamless brand communications across all our channels. Working with the product team to make sure that the data that underpins the CRM programme is robust enough to allow multiple ongoing tests. Operational: Managing end to end workflow of CRM campaigns to optimise customer lifetime value through email, physical and SMS/push communications. Build out V1 of our full lifecycle program. Create a campaign calendar in conjunction with the marketing function to communicate with existing customers and maximise engagement with Numan products. Launch new products into market to existing users. Working with design resources internally and externally to make sure we have first in class creative output that performs. Analysing performance of cohorts through multivariate and A/B testing, and coming up with plans to take that performance to the next level. Maintaining integrations with third party software to ensure constant data integrity in the system under your control. Requirements 2+ years of CRM experience, either in-house or agency-side. Proven knowledge of one or more email platform (Drip, Mailchimp, Dotmailer etc). Explicit knowledge of A/B and Multivariate testing in the CRM space. Experience working with third party data integration solutions like Segment or Ometria would be beneficial but not essential. A curious mindset you want to understand how things work and how you can improve them. A self-motivated and organised attitude.
