Sous/Head Chef for a Boutique Restaurant at 2 Rosettes Our Client is an award winning Boutique Restaurant situated near Clapham looking for an experienced Sous to push up to a Head Chef to manage a brigade of 7 chefs. The restaurant uses the finest British produce to a simple but exemplary level for a great basis of customers in the area catering for around 200 covers per service during the weekend. Salary + Benefits * Up to £37,000 DOE * 4 weeks holiday * Pension Scheme The ideal candidate: * You will have a track record of working within luxury restaurants in London * The ideal Head Chef will be able to run a team successfully whilst being able to come up with innovative ideas. * A strong leader in the kitchen who will create a Family ethos throughout the business * Creative in the food produced to give customers each time dining.
