Streetbees is building the worlds first platform to understand human behaviour and decision making. We make human data accessible, anywhere in the world by connecting brands with real people on the ground to gather real-time in-the-moment insights at scale. We distil this data using machine learning technology to give our clients a clear vision of what their customers want next - leading to huge new revenue opportunities. Having raised Series A investment led by Atomico, our client roster is impressive. We work with the Unilever, PepsiCo, LOreal, McKinsey, Deloitte, Nestle, Deliveroo, Uber and the BBC to name just a few. We are now looking for a VP Sales to lead our growing sales team. In this role you will have full P&L ownership managing a team of sales and lead generation representatives. You will also work closely with marketing to ensure Streetbees is always top of mind with key client stakeholders. Responsibilities * Manage a growing team of Client Partners and Solution Experts * Design, implement, and manage accurate and consistent sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes * Successfully design and implement reporting, training, and incentive programs throughout the sales organisation to improve processes, optimise performance, and ensure the success of the group * Develop a sales playbook that includes content on: account mapping, outreach content and strategy, a clear sales methodology with full documentation of what is required to pass each e.g. deal review forms, links to case studies and other sales collateral * Be a hands-on coach, supporting each rep on key deals in their pipeline * Recruit and onboard new sales reps with a structured onboarding program * Ensure our top prospects are regularly engaged * Partner with our marketing department to make sure our top targets receive regular, targeted messaging that clearly differentiates our offerings * Move beyond pipeline management and help our team strategise regarding their accounts, segments, and top of funnel engagement * Design and implement a strategic sales plan in alignment with revenue goals and growth strategy * Be a listening post in the market to recognise market trends and competitor activity; provide feedback to company leadership and other company functions Requirements * 5+ years sales experience in Series A-C startups * 5+ years sales leadership experience * Experience building sales processes, playbooks and onboarding programs from the ground up * A proven leader, deeply experienced in complex enterprise solution sales ideally, you have experience selling to senior stakeholders in large consumer brands * Self-directed and detail oriented, with strong communication, problem solving, and creative thinking skills * Highly collaborative, prioritising collaboration over credit, and interested in building strong relationships with peers across corporate functions * An experienced sales leader with executive presence, strong negotiation skills and business acumen * Intellectually curious, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous growth * And of course, excited to join a growing company with a vibrant, entrepreneurial culture, dedicated to owning the global human insights market Benefits At Streetbees, your company benefits will include: * A 24-day paid holiday allowance with the option to rollover up to three days a year if desired * Flexible working hours - we trust people to manage their time and to focus on wider results; so if you need to work from home to finish a project or leave at 5 on a Tuesday for Choir practice, ensure your manager knows in advance, but feel free to take it. * An external training or conference budget of 500 per year to use for topics agreed with your line manager. * A pension scheme - our new pension scheme means that Streetbees will start paying a percentage of your salary towards your pension. * The Streetbees Culture Champions - any employee will have the opportunity to plan and manage a variety of Streetbees funded socials and activities for the team.
