Your Role Paid Search represents one of the largest teams at iCrossing and Paid Search Analysts are the building blocks of the Search team here at iCrossing. This role is the perfect opportunity for someone driven, who has a burning passion for everything digital. A typical day will be varied! You'll be keeping up to date with Search news and sharing it with the wider team, performing keyword research into consumers' search behaviour, building paid search campaigns, writing data-informed creative ad copy and working and in many cases owning, weekly and ad hoc reporting. In addition, you will be participating in client comms via email, through calls and face to face, when necessary, as well as contributing to monthly and quarterly reporting. You'll also help your seniors on budget pacing, optimisation and day to day management of accounts, as well as conducting audits across paid search accounts. Your Team You'll be working with a talented team of PPC professionals; the following people are the most senior in the team, but you'll be part of the wider Paid Media (PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic, Biddable and Affiliates) department. What we're looking for... You may have worked in another agency or in-house, but either way you'll bring a combination of your passion for PPC with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, along with a self-starting, proactive approach to work. The successful candidate must have a desire to learn and a willingness to get stuck in, both are fundamental to success in the role. You'll need the following requirements to be considered for this role: * You will have some experience years of working on PPC accounts for clients * Confident user of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads * Demonstratable experience of account building, bidding strategies, keyword research and ad copy writing * Strong written, analytical and numerical skills * Strong time management/prioritisation skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Some experience of with working directly with clients * Experience with SA360 would be a benefit * Understanding of the benefits and uses of scripts and automation would also be a benefit Progression This is a fantastic opportunity to join an agency passionate about driving their team to develop and grow.
