Take a lead in driving new business development growth opportunities for Talent Solutions and the wider People Advisory, BC team. Managing and developing existing client relationships to a high level, identifying opportunities where possible to grow existing apprenticeships portfolio or support with broader people agenda. · Be a part of a team. Join an exciting and innovative team within Business Consulting that is growing and thrives on it’s collaborative and supportive culture. You will be part of a high performing team of SDM’s and BDE’s who are leading on client engagement reporting to the Director of Talent Solutions. · Take responsibility. Become an integral lead for designated sectors and regions, building strong internal networks to bring our offering to existing GT clients as well as new targets. You will have a personal revenue target generated through enrolment of learners on to our programmes, with the support of a Business Development Executive and the wider team · Build your brand. Build your brand internally and externally as a specialist in your field, develop your market expertise and insights through access to firm’s networks and opportunities for collaboration and self-development. The minimum criteria Experience of working in a business development and consultative sales role, ideally within the learning provision sector Skills to set you apart Here are a few more skills we are looking for.
