An excellent opportunity has arisen for a sales professional to join an established, industry leading business based in North London. My client is a market leader within their sector that offers its own clients a bespoke, technologically innovative, management service. Due to ongoing exciting growth, my client is now looking to expand their internal sales and appoint an enthusiastic, money motivated Telesales Executive. The role of a Telesales Executive: Making outbound sales calls direct to decision makers within a company Generating interest from decision makers regarding my client’s management services and products Arranging appointments for the field-based team to meet with prospective new clients Having a consultative sales approach with the ability to influence and close sales Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients Achieving targets both individually and as part of a team Keeping the internal CRM system up to date Essential candidate requirements : Previous experience within a sales role, ideally an outbound cold calling environment Contact centre experience, you must be comfortable selling over the phone Target driven with a consultative sales approach Strong communication skills are essential. You must be comfortable engaging with clients and building relationships Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative Must be a motivated individual, enthusiastic and resilient character Computer literate For the right candidate my client is offering a fantastic package: Competitive base salary up to £25k depending on experience Uncapped commission structure, first year realistic OTE of £35k Full training, development and continued support Sociable working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
