Assistant Manager - Crayford The Client A well respected Charity, known globally for their charity work and support to those suffering form illnesses, as well as research into the illness. They have Retail stores across the UK and as an employer is known to promote progression, empower their teams to grow. The Role The client is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their Crayford store. Supporting the Store Manager in: Driving growth of both sales and KPI performance in the store. Developing, reviewing and appraising your team based on key performance indicators and performance managing poor performers Ensuring integrity of the brand is maintained through correct behaviours and uniform standards of the team Training and inducting your team to deliver excellent customer service The Candidate Must have previous management experience, preferably with a large retailer Strong leader with the ability to train, coach and communicate effectively Someone who is able to adapt to a variety of customers as they do vary in this business Must be hands-on and have a positive attitude Amazing Customer Service Sales and target driven Great organisation skills Commercial awareness Good communication skills Passionate and enthusiastic
