Due to significant investment, there is a need to hire sales brokers or inside sales executives to help grow the revenue streams across the UK. This is an inside sales role with an impressive bonus scheme for those money motivated sales executives to be exceeding their Monthly KPI’s. This regulated business offers a bespoke training program both on the job and classroom-based training while guiding you on the right path to achieving your set goals. Typical Duties Brokering the best deals to potential clients, assisting clients on renewals while pricing new products while helping clients choosing the ideal package Running the best daily product quotes and making sure the policy adheres to the needs of the customer Making daily calls to offer alternative suppliers with prospective clients Creating a pipeline of business to exceed standard kpi’s and to generate business wins Ideal Candidate Excellent communication skills both verbal and written A sales executive who is used to a competitive fast paced environment A sales professional who manages their time effectively prioritising workloads Someone who works well without supervision A proven natural talker, demonstrating excellent persuasive skills Consultative sales background Money motivated to win cash incentives to salary and comms plan Worth Noting: Candidates who are experienced in brokering, telesales,lead generation, utilities, mobile phones would be highly desirable.
