Overview
Our client, a leading regional firm seeks to appoint a senior litigation solicitor to join their team in Norwich. The team handles a mix of commercial and civil disputes and property litigation work on behalf of diverse clients. The firm is keen to appoint a talented solicitor with at least 3 years pqe to join the team to keep pace with increasing client demand. You'll be part of a small team which handles broad-ranging contentious matters arising from all manner of commercial and civil disputes including shareholder and partnership disputes, commercial contract disputes, warranty disputes and indemnity issues as well as debt recovery, property disputes (including landlord & tenant litigation) and employment matters.
