You have a track record of winning business in competitive markets using a consultative approach. You’re resilient and self-disciplined - you won’t be micromanaged or be governed by inane KPIs. You’re an adult and we’ll treat you like one. You’ll ideally have experience of recruiting for permanent vacancies across a range of sectors, but if you’d rather specialise then that’s okay too. What you’ll be doing You’ll work as a 360 generalist consultant- this will include taking on a handful of existing accounts while you work to generate new business. Your role will include managing the full recruitment process, from identifying new business opportunities to candidate placement and beyond. As part of your role, we expect that you’ll attend events, build your personal brand as a trusted advisor in your space and combine traditional channels with a creative approach to help people find a new challenge or hire exactly the people they’re looking for. Finally, you will work collaboratively with the owners of the business to achieve shared goals and shape the culture of the business. Interested?
