Overview
Business Analyst Newcastle Permanent, working 36.5 hours per week We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our IT team, within our Fenwick Newcastle office. About the role Our IT Business Analysts engage with the business and IT teams to capture and elaborate the requirements for key systems and changes to business processes, including requirements and gaining sign-off from the business. The Business Analyst will support supplier engagement to evaluate responses to RFP; or will support the internal delivery of functionality by ensuring requirements are understood and being met by the solution. About the candidate Proven track record in Business Analysis Demonstrable experience in eliciting requirements Experience in generating process and requirements documentation Strong stakeholder management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentations. Core proven analyst skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, and understanding of formal methods, e.g. UML, MOSCOW, Swim Lane, etc. Detailed oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy Experience of undertaking cost benefits analysis Business Analysis experience in the retail sector ISEB Business Analysis Qualification or similar The closing date for applications for this role is 31/03/20 About Fenwick Since 1882, Fenwick has been a department store of note for shoppers of exceptional taste.
