Estate Planning Advisers - OTE £100K Are you looking for a new challenge? Our client is one of the UK’s leading Will writing organisations. As a national company they focus on providing a complete estate planning service to customers across the UK. As they continue to grow they have further business opportunities for Estate Planning Advisers across the UK. You will be supported by their in-house legal and head office team together with some leads from their network of professional introducers, Will Bank acquisitions and quality proven lead generation methods. They are now looking for individuals who are confident, motivated and engaging, to visit potential clients and sell a range of services including will writing, estate planning, lasting power of attorneys, trusts, probates and business services. Skills Knowledge and Experience Required ·Desire and determination to develop your own business within the structure and security of the Just Wills & Legal services network ·Excellent telephone, face to face presentation and communication skills both written and verbal ·Driven with a desire to earn £50,000 p/a ·Reliable and conscientious ·Good communicator / net-worker with strong interpersonal skills ·Excellent time management skills ·Ability to use own initiative and self-generate new business ·Excellent client care skills ·Ability to deal with matters confidentially ·Full UK driving licence and own transport If you have existing sales experience in the Will & Trust or financial services sector, it would be a massive advantage - or an impressive track record in direct sales and are looking for that next sales challenge then we want to talk to you. This role is open to both experienced and non-experienced applicants. A full training scheme will be offered to those who don’t have relevant experience but do have the right attitude and drive.
